When someone applies to teach or to start a community, admins now get a notification in the app that links to the application.

The news menu leaves out types nobody uses
Unused types are hidden from the news menu, the Type field has a help window, and copying an event with no end time now works.

News widgets update as soon as news changes
Widgets that show news refresh when an article or update is saved, deleted or restored, instead of waiting for their cache to expire.

Tooltips no longer get stuck on screen
Tooltips now close when the icon they belong to disappears, so they stop piling up on the news list and beside inline edit icons.

My Discussions on your dashboard
The dashboard has Content links for My Discussions and the News manager, and My Discussions now highlights correctly and explains itself when empty.

The site works properly on a phone or tablet now
Pages across courses, the homepage, and admin now adapt to small screens: a real menu on mobile, tables that scroll instead of overflow, and layouts that no longer break below 1024px.
