Fix identifiers, types, special codes, duplicates and geometry problems with Refactor Fields and Check Validity
Objectives
- Recognize the common problems of raw tables and layers, and choose a fix for each
- Use Refactor Fields to rename fields, set their types, build a GEOID and turn special codes into NULL
- Judge the reliability of ACS estimates with the coefficient of variation
- Create points from a table of coordinates and find records that share a location
- Check geometry validity, remove unwanted features, dissolve split features and confirm each step
